Free Bar Hire Package
Welcome to our Free Bar Hire Package. We’ve been working hard to make your special day both cheaper and easier to organise. As such Wedding Hires are delighted to offer you free bar hire for your event.
This Package Includes:
- Free Bar Hire – we can offer either mobile bars, rustic bars, super cool fuselage bars or an outdoor U shaped bar for garden parties and festivals.
- Free prosecco on arrival for all your wedding or event guests, served by us.
Free Bar Hire requirements;
- There is a minimum of 60 guests for your event
- It’s a paid bar, we’re happy to show you our bar prices prior to agreement, we don’t charge Fleet Street prices.
- We have the opportunity to quote you or price match for further elements such as letter lights, photo booths and an LED dance floor.
- We ask for a £200 deposit which we refund in full at the end of the successful event. This covers our TENS License costs in case of cancellation.
Locations for our Free Bar Hire packages
- Within 15 miles of Plymouth
- Outside of this area we charge a very reasonable mileage charge
Availability?
We are filling up fast for the 2020 wedding season and we prioritize events where we are supplying the marquee and a wedding package for example so if it’s just a free bar you are looking for please get in touch ASAP and get it booked in.
