Here at Wedding Hires we offer a free bar service for any wedding or event*. We bring the bar, either our basic bar, rustic bar or our mobile bar to you. Stock it, staff it and bring everything needed to run a good bar with a range of drinks at fair prices.
*You must have a minimum of 60 guests attending your event to qualify for a free bar. We still hire our units for smaller events as a dry hire or with a surcharge for smaller guest numbers.
Our rustic bar is small and basic and is therefore well suited to barn and marquee weddings as it’s made from reclaimed wood and whiskey barrels.
The range of rustic bars we offer can be extended to include barrels, hay bails, scaff boards and copper mesh to create larger or smaller spaces depending on your needs.
Available on either a dry hire or staffed and stocked basis.

Our Mobile fuselage bar is anything but run of the mill, it’s made from an original Boeing 747 skin and comes complete with windows and back lighting. It’s a real show stopper and offers a superb focal point for your venue or event.
This is a one off bar made by us in our warehouse and as such you will not find one like it anywhere else! A lot of time and effort has gone into making this unique bar. Polished to a gleaming finish, your guests will be dazzled!
Our rustic round bar is available as a dry hire or part of a free bar or wedding package.
The full 3m round bar is made up of 4 sections so it can be hired complete or in parts. The full bar for example works really well around a main pole in our Celeste Marquee but it’s as versatile as it is simple. It’s also a practical option for social distanced events as there is plenty of space for your guests.
It looks great in a marquee or barn and is well suited to it’s surroundings in Devon & Cornwall.
Our Lumaform Bar is a remote controlled, colour changing bar which you can set on any colour you like. As the evening sets in this will make a great centre piece for your wedding or party.
We have in stock 3 sections of bar each 1.5m and curved so between them we can offer you quite a large lit bar as a focal point.
We have a range of matching Lumaform extras to complete the look. We have both champagne chillers and cube stools all of which are controlled off the same remote and will be in sync with your bar colour.
