Bell Tent Hire x 10 (week hire)

Ready for the 2023 wedding season we’ll have ready 8 stunning 5m bell tents and two at 6m in diameter all of which can be offered fully dressed or empty.  At Wedding Hires we try and source the best kit to offer our clients and these bell tents are no different.  Our Luna Bell Tents are a market leading design that offers guests the maximum usable floor space with their clever design.  The material is both waterproof and breathable with multiple windows on each tent and mosquito nets on all openings that help with the luxurious feel.   

Each bell tent comes with;

  • A luxury double bed with 4 pillows, high quality mattress topper, duvet and gorgeous linen
  • Two single beds again with mattress toppers, pillows, duvet and high quality linen
  • Each bed has a small bedside table
  • Low level coffee table and floor cushions
  • A range of throws / wraps are provided as either additional bedding for cold nights or to take the edge off if sitting outside.
  • Lighting in the bell tent is with battery powered fairy lights and two bedside lanterns. 
  • Two simple chairs are inside each tent and two deck chairs are included as outside seating. 
  • We also have a hammock that can be added on to any of our bell tent hires.

Available alongside our range of marquees or as dry hire items for weddings and events.  Bell tents are available for hire across Devon & Cornwall.

The hire cost of £5500 is for 10 fully dressed, luxury bell tent for a week hire period, additional nights or weeks can be added of course.

Discount prices from Wedding Hires

We know our prices are already very attractive but if you want to make them even better, here’s how;
–  if you add a second element to your order / inquiry we’ll apply a 10% discount.  Lots of options in Event Hire to choose from for example.
–  if you continue to add extra items we’ll then apply a 20% discount off your order.  Some of our latest additions are RGB Up Lights, 6ft LOVE letters and our rustic oak archway – not to forget our range of LED dance floors.
The reason for this is very simple – living and working in Devon is wonderful but everything is so spread out.  The distances we cover for deliveries and collection can make an F1 driver look environmentally friendly.  The easiest way for us to reduce our impact is to do more items at every wedding & event we visit.  This in turn makes your wedding cheaper and easier to organise for you of course.

– Our Wedding Decoration Packages are priced at over 30% discount off each item.  We’ve designed different packages depending on your number of guests and budget.
– If you are still in the research phase of your wedding then stop here as we can also offer you a marquee wedding package and even a location to host it in.  Go wild and add our decoration package to our marquee package and you’ll basically have a ‘turnkey wedding’ all organised for you.
 
Don’t forget we offer a *FREE BAR HIRE SERVICE* to all our clients.  If you have over 60 guests coming to your wedding or event, we’ll supply the bar, the license and the staff free of charge.
